- May 2012, UES International (HK) Holdings Limited, a newly established corporate entity formed to assume assets, liabilities and operations from UES International (HK) Limited and successfully increased its equity base by a new strategic investor, PV Container Holdings Limited, being a wholly owned subsidiary of Primavera Capital (Cayman) Fund.

- December 2021, Institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management (“JPMAM”) acquired a majority stake in UES Investment Limited from UES’ existing shareholder, Primavera, and commit to provide further capital to assist the Company’s growth in its global container portfolio. The Founder of UES, HS Zhang, continues to hold his shareholding in UES, whilst the headquarters of the Company will be relocated to Bermuda, under a new corporate entity UES Investment Ltd.. The Senior Management Team will continue to lead and strategically grow UES on a global basis.
